Sessions are via video call, designed to meet the needs of athletes virtually anywhere.
- Biweekly or weekly appointments, depending on the level of support/accountability you need
- No need to wait to get your questions answered! Unlimited messaging in app between appointments
- Option to utilize digital food journaling or other tools in app
- Work together to understand mealtime, pre-/post-/during- workout/competition nutrition guidelines and strategies
- Work together to come up with a hydration plan

1. Do you take insurance? No.
2. How long will it take for me to see results? Effectively and realistically improving your nutrition approach takes time. Although everyone is different, most athletes are in this program for 3-6 months. Many athletes find that this timeframe works great in being provided the support they need while continuously learning and mastering long-term nutrition strategies to help them be successful. In order to ensure athletes are motivated to reach their goals, there is a 3-month minimum commitment.
3. How much does it cost? Pricing for 1:1 coaching varies between $317/month and $467/month currently, based on the level of support and accountability you require. If you have questions about pricing, please fill out the contact form.
4. Do you only work with high school and college athletes? Primarily, but other ages and levels are welcome.
5. Do you work with athletes who are in recovery from an eating disorder? Yes, but athletes’ must be in active recovery and meet certain criteria to be appropriate for this program.
